My approach is practical, down to earth and interactive. My clients are pleased that I do more than just “listen”. I have a background in diverse clinical experience and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which analyzes the relationships between thoughts, emotions, body sensations and actions. CBT is also a proven and highly effective treatment.
My focus areas include: helping individuals work through anxiety, stress panic and depression both past and present. Most of my clients tell me that they have felt anxious their whole lives. We will also look at past and or present traumatic experiences or events, major life changes, ongoing stress, relationships issues, loss, and the struggle with change and transitions. At the end of the day we all need to learn to relax more, sleep better, and feel better. Therapy can heal the mind and the body.
